New Leaf Kitchen is an organization that offers amazing cooking programs for food lovers in Cincinnati.
For the little ones, there are 30-minute food exploration classes and 3-hour cooking camps, which take place at their school. These hands-on experiences teach kids all about how to prepare food, where food comes from, and how to eat healthy (and fun), all while exploring through the 5 senses.
Cooking has many incredible benefits for children’s health, not only cognitive but also physical, social, and language-wise, as they constantly learn how to recognize food labeling, follow recipes, and new vocabulary.
