This sports club offers different swimming programs for children and adults. Classes are offered throughout the year in individual or group settings. The program is divided into five progressive learning levels: Water Exploration, Basic Skills, Stroke Readiness, Skill Refinement, and Advanced Skills.
The youth aquatic programs cater to swimmers ages 3 and up, with group lessons designed to advance students through the appropriate skill levels as they develop.
For those grown-ups who seek an advanced and structured workout, there is Masters Group: you work in an environment 3 mornings per week. In addition, the Cincinnati Sports Club provides private swim instruction with a customized approach based on the individual’s goals and skill level. Along with all these, their indoor aquatic facility is great for any time of the year.
